OEM MANUALS AND DRAWINGS
Owners Manuals & Drawings
You use metalworking machinery and stamping presses every day, but do you know the name of every part? Would you be able to identify each gear, bolt and brake should it need to be replaced or repaired? If the answer is no, that’s okay. It’s your job to manufacture and distribute die-cut metal; it’s our job to fix the presses.
When you need information about your metalworking tools, contact BCN Technical Services. Aptly named after some of the leading brands in the industry – Bliss, Clearing and Niagara – we’re a trusted source for all things metal press-related. That’s because we use Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) blueprints in everything we do.
As a result, we’re able to deliver the following benefits to all of our customers, including you:
- Accurate recreation of your machine’s original parts
- Quick identification of each metal press part, where it belongs and how many are needed
- Assembly and disassembly instructions from the manufacturer themselves
- Fast turnaround times for part ordering, repair and delivery
- No guesswork needed
Owner’s Manuals And Press Parts Drawings
Since all of the metal press owner’s manuals and step-by-step diagrams are digitally archived, you can quickly access them to help identify and order parts. After you request a new or refurbished clutch, brake, gear, bearing, conversion or perishable part, our team of engineers will then send it out to you as soon as possible. Thanks to our inventory of over 14,000 parts in our Hastings, Michigan facility, we’re likely to have yours on hand. If not, we’ll simply create the part for you or rebuild your existing part based on the OEM for that specific machine.
So whether you use USI, Toledo, Consolidated Press, Wilkins and Mitchell or another brand, BCN Technical Services has what you need. Contact us today to review the OEM for your metal cutting press.
